BYOB (Bring Your Own Board) Night!
2024 season is now closed! Thank you all for your support, and see you next year on the water!
----------------------------
Bring Your Own Board Night is all about learning some new skills with the gear you already have.
This event was created specifically for folks who have picked up their very own stand up paddle board (SUP) and gear.
We’ll chat about what paddling in Alberta waters entails, gear recommendations, learn some skills and have time to practice them, and so much more. This short and sweet event will give you the very basics of what SUP is all about.
If you:
-haven’t had a chance to use your board yet
-aren’t sure what the best practices are
-want to learn some basics like paddling forward, turning, and stopping
-want to learn about basic paddle board gear and safety
…then let this be the place to try your stuff out and learn a little too!
Cost: $25/person
Ages: 16+
Location: Gap Lake (near Canmore)
Time: 630pm to 730pm
Minimum 1 person booking, maximum 6
Don’t see a date that works for you? Message me! Let’s create a custom date for you and your crew.
———————————————————
NOTE: You must bring your own PFD, ankle leash, paddle, and board.
You must also have appropriate clothing to wear during this event, which can include: wetsuits, watershoes, board shorts and rash guard, swim suits, merino wool leggings and long sleeve shirts, synthetic gym shorts and tshirts, etc.
If you have questions about gear or clothing, please reach out! I may be able to provide wetsuits and watershoes.
